Battersea Chess Club is pleased to announce the Winter Rapids, the first of our 4-Seasons Rapids tournaments, will take place on March 10
Who can play?
Everyone who is a member is welcome to take part. But you MUST also have ECF membership.
The tournament will be graded – and as there are 5 games to be played it is a chance to get a first ECF Rapidplay grade if you don’t have one.

What are the time controls?
The Winter Rapids is a Swiss tournament. There will be a total of five games played. The time control will be 10 minutes per side with a 10-second delay.
